Connection troubles? If you're struggling to connect, especially over a VPN, check your content filtering settings. Make sure to whitelist *.ispyconnect.com and *.azurewebsites.net.
Why use the website?Agent DVR's use of WebRTC means you can bypass most firewall and port forwarding complexities. Direct connections work on your local network, but for secure remote access, browsers require SSL, STUN, TURN, and relay servers, all of which we provide through ispyconnect.com.
Port Forward Remote Access
Looking to enable port forwarding in Agent DVR? With the free version, port forwarding is disabled, but don't worry! You can unlock this feature by purchasing any annual or multi-year license. Just a heads-up: port forwarding success isn't always guaranteed as some networks and firewalls might block necessary traffic for WebRTC connections.
If you're encountering issues with accessing Agent DVR via port forwarding, make sure to check your firewall settings. Ensure the application isn't blocked and that the following ports are forwarded and unblocked on both your firewall and antivirus:
- 8090 TCP/UDP for the web interface – the gateway to your Agent DVR.
- 3478 TCP/UDP for the STUN/TURN server – crucial for establishing stable connections.
- 50000-50100 TCP/UDP for Web RTC connections – for seamless communication over the web.
👍 Set these up correctly, and you're all set for a smoother remote access experience with Agent DVR!
